This is the first day of the rest of my life.

On the 27th of February, 2012, I married my best friend, whom I have known since September, 2001. Our relationship has been just friends for a long time, as we went to Bible College together until he graduated, and just recently went to the same church, where he asked me out on a date to the theater, where we saw "It's a Wonderful Life", and two weeks later, he asked me to marry him. Believe me, I wasn't looking for anything of the kind, but I told him I would pray about it and two days later, on New Year's Eve, I said yes. Suddenly everybody knew we were engaged, and so I told all my kids, and put it on Facebook, which surprised everybody, but they were glad for both of us. We have been married now for almost four months, and it is heaven.
